BAC (Blood alcohol content) 0.08 , if your BAC. has reached this point you should not drive and can be arrested, even if your BAC is lower you can be arrested, 0.08 is not the safe margin, so dont fool yourself thinking that if you blow a 0.07 your safe.
Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced yesterday to 180 days in Los Angeles County Jail for violating her probation and some DUI related charges, she should be starting her jail time on DEC 24 to serve her 180 days.
