BAC (Blood alcohol content) 0.08 , if your BAC. has reached this point you should not drive and can be arrested, even if your BAC is lower you can be arrested, 0.08 is not the safe margin, so dont fool yourself thinking that if you blow a 0.07 your safe.
Kiefer Sutherland pleaded no contest yesterday to the DUI charge from last month, he will be in court on DEC. 21 for his sentence.
