Roger Avary 'Pulp Fiction' Screenwriter Arrested for DUI

Roger Avary 'Pulp Fiction' Screenwriter was Arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and driving under the influence in Ojai just after midnight sunday after crashing his car, A passenger Andreas Zini was killed, Avary's wife Gretchen was found outside the car on the road and is in stable condition, the crash happened on the 1900 block of East Ojai Avenue, Avary is out on bail.



Bail: Out on $50.000

I found a great DUI research site www.dui-news.info which lists the dui laws for Ca. and all other states. According to the laws listed there he is facing srious jail time.
